IRS has been issued over 80 ml to help stop all the fraud but still cant get it right fire the top who is mis handling the system. Contact the legislation about the delay tactics .

Nvmind they lied, not even surprised lmao. Sent in amended return at first it said something different but now it’s just the same thing “refund not available ” thinking they can get away with doing people wrong. One thing tho karma will always get those kinds of people and I pray they get their stuff straight

My taxes were accepted on January 29th and i have received my refund from the state but not federal. I have received 3 letters saying that they need 60 more days to review my return. This is a bunch of junk. Never had this to happen before. Does anyone have a phone number that you can actually talk to someone about the delay. The numbers that i have are all automated.

I was given a partial refund for 2023 due to the fact i was audited back in 2021 and never submitted form 8862 with my 2023 taxes which i was never told about and never knew i had to include that form in order to get child credit, the form has been submitted and it's been about a month now and my transcript shows tax code 570 with the date of 7-29-2024.

My refund hasn't even been approved. I've gotten 3 60 day letters. 971 code. Never had a problem like this, ever. I only made $23,000 last year. I don't understand why they are doing this to me.

It took about 15 weeks for my tax return. But I did get it. And they also added taxable interest on top of it

My amendment refund was mailed out on July 8th and today is the 21 and I still don't have my check

I FILED TAXES WITH A PROFESSIONAL BACK IN FEBRUARY. I WAITED PATIENTLY. MARCH CAME AND I CHECKED MY TRANSCRIPT AND RECEIVED FREEZE. 🥶 I GOT MAIL TO COME VERIFY MY IDENTITY FOR MAY 28. TWO MONTHS AWAY. I DID THAT!!! IT IS NOW JULY 20 TH!!!! TRANSCRIPT STILL THE SAME. THIS IS BULLSHYT!!!! I WANT AND NEED MY MONEY! THEY DIDNT HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING IT OUT MY PAYCHECKS!😡

Files in February with NO updates, NO "as of date" change, NO codes, got Congressman involved, trying to get a tax. Nearing 5 months and I'm sick of seeing a blank transcript.

I just heard today on the radio station that i listen to all the time and they were talking about the delay with refunds. They were having people call in if the delay was happening to them. All of the callers said they were Republicans. It makes you wonder if thats what is happening.

Just got a letter saying another 60 days. They also put my social security number wrong on it. Smh… bunch of idiots

It's been 7 months for us.. still waiting. Got our local Senator involved on June 10th. My transcripts look like they haven't been reviewed since March

When am I getting my 2024 tax year refund?!

My tax return got accepted on January 29th. I used the 1040 form through TurboTax. Today i received my third letter from the IRS saying that they need 60 more days to review my return. I contacted my congressman about this and they contacted Irs but i haven't heard anything back from them yet. This will be 180 days. Enough of this crap. Does anyone have a number that i can call to actually talk to someone at the IRS?

I finally got an update of 846 for July 17th on my transcripts. Been waiting since February and did everything that was asked of me by the IRS and they still had me under review. I got my State Senator and a Tax Advocate involved.. If not, I may have been still waiting. I wish everyone the best

Thank you 🙏 for your support and information this is the problem I have I did my id 3weeks ago and it changed to being processing and now I have a transcript that before it was blank it looks good but first at the end it was 570 code and now it has code 571 but it doesn’t have the 971 ? It said no letters even went I call but unfortunately it has different dates the 570 says July 22 and the 571 says July 29 I just don’t understand went I did my id she told me it was 9 weeks but to look at 2 weeks after and I did and it said processing I just don’t know what to do 😢

my Amend tax return showed adjusted for weeks and now updated showing Complete July 12th on the where’s is my Amend tax return tool bar. What does that mean?? prior to this recent change I had the usual 60day notice. Still expecting a refund

Taxes still not accepted. Received cpo5 letter and immediately uploaded all requested documents on May 13. Called on July 15 and they can’t even confirm if they see my uploaded documents. This is ridiculous

The 9th and 10th passed me by and still no refund. My taxes got accepted on January 29th and i have received 2 letters saying that they need 60 days to review my returns. Here it is the 12th of July and still nothing. I have reached out to my congressman and they have submitted my information to the IRS but i haven't heard anything from them yet. I have already received my state refund so there must not be nothing wrong with my returns. I filed the 1040 return and didn't claim any deduction or tax credits. Enough of this bullcrap.

Haven’t received our refund over 3,000 under review since Feb 23. And it’s July

I filed in february... here it is.. JULY AND STILL PROCESSING 😢
